A Dirge for Guns

A firearm is a piece of art in much the same way a car is. It has a functional purpose, but care and attention and taste are worked into the design and features. Guns aren't just built to shoot, they are built to look...well, awesome as well.
That's why reading stories like this really bothers me. Not only are the people who are turning their guns in probably getting ripped off, the guns--each a beautiful piece of art, are being destroyed. Sad.
